MineAI™ generates content using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for verifying and validating any AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content
• AI-generated content should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions
• You retain ownership of your input, but AI-generated responses are provided "as is"

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using MineAI™, you consent to:

• The collection and processing of your conversation data for service improvement

7. Intellectual Property Rights

MineAI™, MineCore, and all related trademarks, service marks, and logos are the exclusive property of Bilal Mehtab. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MineCore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use, store, and process your content for service provision and improvement.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI responses
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding third-party integrations or services

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MineCore, Bilal Mehtab, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content or communications

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
