Cease and Desist Notice

To Whom It May Concern,

I am the original creator and legal owner of the brand name "MineAI™", including the domain https://mineai.vercel.app, and all related content, designs, and technologies. This brand has been in public use since July 2025 and is protected under common law trademark rights.

It has come to my attention that an individual or entity is using the name "MineAI™" or a similar/confusingly similar variant in connection with AI services, digital assets, coins, or related content. This is a direct violation of my intellectual property and trademark rights.

You are hereby instructed to immediately cease and desist from all use of the "MineAI™" name, logo, domain, or brand likeness in any form — online or offline — within 7 business days of this notice.

Failure to comply will result in legal action, including but not limited to:

• Filing a formal lawsuit for trademark infringement
• Requesting takedown of your website, social media, or app via hosting providers
• Demanding financial compensation for damages and legal fees
• Public disclosure of the infringement

This is your final warning. Continuing the use of "MineAI™" without permission will trigger immediate legal escalation.
