All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by MineAI, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The name "MineAI™" and the MineAI™ logo are trademarks of MineAI. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of MineAI.

MineAI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We will respond effectively to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

MineAI™ utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to generate responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any output.
• MineAI is not liable for any decisions made based on AI output.
• The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of accuracy.

In no event shall MineAI, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
